Job Summary
The Enterprise Account Executive is a proven, high-performing sales professional with experience in Enterprise and Commercial SaaS sales. This role is responsible for driving new customer acquisition and growing assigned territories by executing full sales cycles.

  • Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation and closure.
  • Rapidly develop deep knowledge of the Creovai platform, competitive landscape, and growth strategy.
  • Create and maintain a detailed sales plan to meet and exceed assigned revenue targets.
  • Generate leads through personal outreach, participation in marketing events, and networking efforts.
  • Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline to consistently achieve or surpass quotas.
  • Execute sales activities in alignment with Creovai’s customer journey map and defined sales process.
  • Collaborate with sales engineering and cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions to prospects.
  • Produce proposals articulating Creovai’s business value and differentiation, aligned with branding standards.
  • Diligently update Salesforce CRM with activities related to accounts, territories, and opportunities.
  • Transition closed deals into ongoing client governance models effectively.
  • Provide actionable feedback from prospects and customers to marketing and product teams.
  • Partner with external organizations to maximize client value when applicable.
  • Uphold the highest standards of integrity and ethical conduct.
Travel Requirements
  • Frequent domestic and international travel may be required for client meetings, internal meetings, events, and tradeshows.
Required Qualifications
  • Proven success as a "hunter" in an Enterprise B2B SaaS quota-carrying sales role (preferably CX/contact center solutions).
  • Demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience navigating complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Strategic thinking and robust problem-solving capabilities.
  • Exceptional communication and C-level presentation skills.
  • Global mindset with cross-cultural work experience.
  • Minimum of 8 year experience 
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Experience in VC-backed startups preferred.
